كيفية طلب حذف الحساب
- أرسل طلبًا إلى البريد: flamingolive007@gmail.com
- اذكر: رقم الهاتف/البريد المرتبط بالحساب، ومعرّف المستخدم إن توفر، وسبب الحذف.
- سنؤكد استلام الطلب ونبدأ المعالجة خلال مدة معقولة.
ما الذي يُحذف
- بيانات الحساب والمعلومات التعريفية.
- المحتوى الذي أرسلته (رسائل/وسائط) وفقًا للمتطلبات القانونية وبما لا يضرّ بحقوق الآخرين.
- قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات بموجب التزامات قانونية (مثال: سجلات أمنية أو معاملات مدفوعة).
ملاحظات
- قد لا يمكن إزالة المحتوى الذي شاركته علنًا إذا كان قد أعيد نشره أو حُفظ بواسطة مستخدمين آخرين.
- “التعطيل” المؤقت للحساب متاح حسب الحالة؛ تواصل مع الدعم.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email your request to: flamingolive007@gmail.com
- Include: phone/email linked to the account, user ID if available, and reason.
- We will acknowledge and process within a reasonable timeframe.
What Gets Deleted
- Account and identifying information.
- User‑submitted content (messages/media) subject to legal requirements and rights of others.
- Some records may be retained to meet legal obligations (e.g., security logs or payment records).
Notes
- Publicly shared content may not be fully removable if re‑shared or preserved by others.
- Temporary “disable” may be available; contact support.
